The sales person Asif was really good and put great effort in securing our car. We originally had a number negotiated for the part exchange of my old car. However Asif went on vacation and a different person handled the finance dealings and he reduced the part exchange value of my old car by £250 and said this is the best they can provide. I felt very disappointed.

Mercedes Benz of Cambridge were fantastic because we had a warm welcome and were satisfied as clients, all the more so because we had a consultant who knows his job!

The sales person was helpful in every respect, even to the point of delivering the car to my door from Cambridge to South West London.
